As a realtor Dave understands what sellers want - results!  He knows service is meaningless without results.  He also understands that a seller works hard to build equity in his home and they deserve to reap the rewards from their investment.  That is why he does not list at 7% like most brokers.  Instead, Dave lists at 5% if another realtor brings the buyer to the transaction, or 4% if his own team sells it.
